It is fortunate that Artificial Intelligence, The Sirens, and The MeroMafia have come up with a plausible explanation behind the nature of these code fragments.
It would appear that these code fragments are human in origin, an emanation, an echo, a reiteration as it were, of the man known as Neo.
The pieces you have so diligently collected represent what I believe to be reflections of Neo's pensees finales, or his final thoughts within the Matrix.
This leads me to assume that further compilation of these wistful thoughts from a dying man will lead us to discover the fragments' purpose.
And if there is meaning to be found, we must be the first to uncover it.
These pieces, once combined, work in concert together, to emanate still more powerful vibrations.
It will require further study to understand the exact nature of these...vibrations, which requires further vigilance on your part.
We must continue to collect and assemble these fragments, side-stepping any Zionite and Machine obstacles.
