In addition there are reports that agents have been tamping with the hardlines and demand something they call contraband fragments.
We don't known anything about this contraband but what we do know is this appears to be a violation of the truce.
We need to find out more information about these agent attacks and these fragments.
Researchers are in place and will begin analysis on any fragments you get. In either case we need everyone in the field and find out what is going on. Located and retrieve the contraband fragments.
Determine if in fact agents are attacking our soldiers. Report any strange activity you see. It is possible that their is more going on than meets the eye.
